PRL Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Assistant
(Rajbhasha) - - Graduation with minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point
scale as declared by any recognized University, with a pre- requisite
condition that the Graduation should have been completed within the
stipulated time i.e. within the duration of the course as prescribed by the
University; - Hindi Typewriting speed @ 25 words per minute on computer; - Proficiency in the use of Computers; - Knowledge in English Typewriting (desirable qualification) |

2. Junior
Translation Officer - Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a
compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree
level; OR Master’s Degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a
compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree
level; OR Master's degree from a recognized University in any subject other than
Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective
subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master's degree from a recognized University in any subject other than
Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective
subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree from a recognized University in any subject other than
Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects
or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory
or elective subject at degree level. AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to
English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from
Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government office,
including Government of India undertakings |

degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science or Equivalent

Fee/Exam Fee for PRL Assistant:

here will be a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two
Hundred and Fifty only) for each application. Candidates may make the payment
‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card/UPI/WALLET. There is
no extendable date for the payment of fees. The last date of submitting
online application form shall also be the last date for the payment of fees. |

www.prl.res.in (→ Opportunities →Job vacancies). The last date for receipt of
online application is 30/06/2023 (1700 Hrs.).

Registration Confirmation format generated after submitting online application
