Supreme Court of India Court Assistant (Junior Translator) Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Court Assistant (Junior Translator) - (A) Graduate from recognized University with English & respective vernacular language as subjects. AND (B) Two years experience in translation work from English to respective vernacular language and vice-versa in any Govt. or reputed Private Institution. Computer (C) Proficiency in computer operations and knowledge of relevant office packages viz., word processing in English language and respective vernacular language.

Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2021)

1. Court Assistant (Junior Translator) - 32 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:

1. Court Assistant (Junior Translator) - Level-7 of Pay Matrix with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 44.900/-plus other allowances (approximate Gross Salary with HRA is Rs. 76,908/- per month) as admissible under the rules.

 

Supreme Court of India Court Assistant (Junior Translator) Selection Process 2022:

Supreme Court of India may follow the following process to select the candidates.

1.	Written Exam
2.	Skill Test, Interview & Certificate Verification

 

 Registration of application and payment of fee: Eligible candidates are required to apply online for which the link is provided through Supreme Court Website, www.sci.gov.in. The application will be accepted through online registration only which is likely to start from 00.00 hours on 18.04.2022 Candidates those who have already applied earlier need not apply again. Candidates will be required to pay non-refundable Application/Test Fee of Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PH candidates/dependents of freedom fighters plus bank charges through online mode only. Fee shall not be accepted in any other form. No postal application shall be accepted. The fee shall be paid online through payment gateway provided by UCO Bank
