IndBank Field Staff Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. Head – Account Opening Dept - Any Graduation with NISM, DP, SORM Certificate Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Account Opening Operations, opening Demat and Trading A/c preferably handled both NSDL and CDSL DPs

2. Account Opening Staff - Any Graduation with NISM, DP, SORM Certificate Experience: Minimum 2years experience in Account Opening Operations Opening Demat and Trading A/c

3. DP Staff - Any Graduation with NISM, DP, SORM Certificate Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in DP Operations

4. Back Office – Mutual Fund - Any Graduation Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in back end processing of investments made by clients in Mutual Funds. NISM in Mutual Funds preferred.

5. Help Desk Staff - Any Graduation Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Account opening / Demat / Trading operations. Experience in handling Customer Relations preferred.

6. Back Office Staff Regd Office - Any Graduation, B.com Graduation preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts / Financial background

7. Research Analyst - MBA in Finance or any other equivalent post graduation and NISM - Research Analyst Certification Experience: Minimum Four years’ experience in equity research, analyzing trends of industries and economy, preparation of research reports, writing investment notes and report investment opinions on companies, Fundamental analysis, Mutual Fund and Bond market

8. Dealer - Graduation with NISM/NCFM qualification

9. Systems & Networking Engineer - Graduation in Engineering (4 years)/B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Instrumentation or Post Graduation Degree in Electronics/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or Graduate having passed DOEACC.

10. Vice-President - Any Graduation Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Banking / NBFC having sufficient knowledge in Retail Loan Products

11. Branch Head - Any Graduation Experience: Minimum 15 year of experience in Banking / NBFC having sufficient knowledge in Retail Loan Products

12. Field Staff - 12th passed or equivalent. Experience: Preferably minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Retail and Loan Products – Home Loan, Vehicle Loan, Credit Card etc.,

Age Limit:

1. Head – Account Opening Dept - Not exceeding 50 years

2. Account Opening Staff - Not exceeding 40 years

3. DP Staff - Not exceeding 35 years

4. Back Office – Mutual Fund - Not exceeding 35 years

5. Help Desk Staff - Not exceeding 35 years

6. Back Office Staff Regd Office - Not exceeding 35 years

7. Research Analyst - Not exceeding 40 years

8. Dealer - 21-30 years

9. Systems & Networking Engineer - 21-30 years

10. Vice-President - not exceeding 65 years

11. Branch Head - not exceeding 65 years

12. Field Staff - not exceeding 35 years

2. Account Opening Staff - Rs. 1.5 Lakh to 2 Lakh

4. Back Office – Mutual Fund - Rs. 1.5 Lakh to 2 Lakh

5. Help Desk Staff - Rs. 1.5 Lakh to 2 Lakh

6. Back Office Staff Regd Office - Rs. 1.5 Lakh to 2 Lakh

7. Research Analyst - Rs. 4 to 5 Lakh

8. Dealer - Rs. 3.5 Lakh

9. Systems & Networking Engineer - Rs. 3 to 4 Lakh
