Eligibility Criteria for Goa PSC Vacancy 2020:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Junior Radiologist	(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
2.	Assistant Agricultural Officer	(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from an Agricultural University recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
3.	Principal in Goa College of Music	(i) Master’s Degree in concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline (s) from a recognized University with at least 55% mark. (ii) Ph. D. Degree in concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline (s) in the Institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance. (iii) Associate Professor/ Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/ research/ administration in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of higher education. (iv) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS)
4.	Assistant Professor in Harmonium in Goa College of Music	(i) Good Academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject. (ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree)
5.	Assistant Geologist	(i) M. Sc. Degree in Geology from a recognised University OR (i) Diploma in Allied Geology from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or its equivalent. (ii) 3 years experience in the field. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
6.	Junior Scientific Officer (Drugs)	(i) Graduate in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry of a University established in India by law and has not less than 5 years Post Graduate experience in the testing of drugs in a laboratory under the control of (i) a Government Analyst appointed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940. (ii) The head of an Institution or testing laboratory approved for the purpose by the Appointing Authority or (iii) Has completed two years training on testing of Drugs including items stated in Schedule ‘C’ to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 in Central Drugs Laboratory
7.	Junior Scientific Officer (Food)	(i) Post-Graduate in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Food Technology or Microbiology or Food and Drugs. (ii) Has been declared qualified for appointment as a Public Analyst by a Board appointed and notified by the Central Government for such purpose. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
8.	Assistant Archivist Grade-I	(i) At least 2nd Class Master’s degree in Indian History of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Some experience of research in Modern Indian History/teaching of Modern Indian History in a University or College/work in an Archival Office. (iii) Degree in Portuguese or Curso Complementar of Arts/Science from Lyceum.
9.	Principal Junior Scale	(i) Degree in Engineering. (ii) 5 years of practical experience, out of which, 2 years should be in administration or Human Resource Management. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
10.	Assistant Director of Education	(i) At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Degree in Teaching/ Education of a recognised University or equivalent. (iii) 10 years teaching experience in a High School/ Higher Secondary School or a Teachers Training Institution including at least 3 years experience in a responsible administrative capacity. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
