DVC Executive Trainee (LAW) Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

a. Valid
Marks in the CLAT-2023 The candidate should have appeared for Common Law Admission Test -CLAT
2023 applicable for admission to Post-Graduation Courses. Candidates
obtaining the minimum qualifying marks shall only be eligible for the next
stage of selection. The minimum marks required in CLAT-2023 (for admission to LLM/ PG
Courses) shall be as per the Qualifying Marks set by CLAT Authorities. In the
absence of any Qualifying Marks set by CLAT, the following shall be treated as
the Minimum. Qualifying Marks in CLAT for consideration of candidates for next
stages of selection process in DVC:
The selection process will include the marks obtained by the eligible
candidates in the CLAT 2023 (for PG) only Please note that only CLAT-2023 Marks are valid for this recruitment
process. CLAT Marks of 2022 or prior to that are not valid. b. Essential
Qualification- Full-time bachelor’s degree in
law (LLB or equivalent- full-time degree from BCI/Government recognized
university/Institution) with not less than 65% marks in aggregate of all
years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned
University/Institution. |
Age Limit:
|
29 Years as on closing date of online application for Unreserved
candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (NCL)/PwD/Ex-SM candidates will be as per
GOI guidelines. No upper age limit for DVC Departmental candidates.
Departmental candidates shall also be required to qualify in the
corresponding paper of CLAT-2023 (applicable for admission to Post-Graduation
Courses). |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:
|
The Selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs
56,100-1,77,500/- in Pay Matrix Level 10 (as per 7 th Pay Revision) during
the one year probation period. On successful completion of the probation
period, the candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager on the same
scale. On regularization, the compensation package includes Basic Pay,
Central Dearness Allowance (CDA), Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel
Allowance, NPS, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Encashment and HRA etc.

DVC Executive Trainee (LAW) Selection Process 2023:
DVC may follow the following
process to select the candidates.

Candidates
qualified CLAT-2023 shall only be eligible to be considered for the next
stages of selection. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Documents
Verification through email only and the details such as Date, Time and Venue
of the same shall be hosted on the DVC website only. |
Application
Fee/Exam Fee for DVC Executive Trainee (LAW):

(i) Candidates belonging to General/OBC(NCL)/EWS categories are
required to pay a Non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 300/-(Rupees Three
Hundred Only) through Online mode only (SBI Collect).The bank charges as
applicable have to be borne by the candidates. (ii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM categories & DVC
Departmental Candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. (iii) Candidates who are NOT exempted from payment of Application Fees
should first submit ONLINE Application and then take a printout of the
application for reference. The Unique Application Number so generated along
with Application Submission Date and Post No. (against which applied) needs
to be filled in the Payment details page. On submission of application fees,
your application process will be treated as complete. |
