BECIL Data Analyst Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Head, IT - Qualification/Eligibility:   • Master's degree (MBA or M.tech) in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent. • 10+ years of experience in information technology management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role. • Strong knowledge of current trends and issues in the IT industry Desirable:- • Excellent leadership and management skills • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in managing large-scale IT projects

2. Senior Consultant (Hardware) – Qualification/Eligibility:   • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent • Minimum of 4 years experience in IT hardware and infrastructure management, including experience in healthcare • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security Desirable:- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

3. Senior Consultant (Software) – Qualification/Eligibility:   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the hospital software domain. Desirable: • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other hospital software systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Ability to deliver presentations and training sessions

4. System Analyst (Hardware) – Qualification/Eligibility:  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , ECE,EEE,EE or equivalent • 3+ years of experience working with hardware Systems Desirable:- • Experience in a hospital environment preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills  • Strong understanding of networking and security protocols • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

5. System Analyst (Software) – Qualification/Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , ECE,EEE,EE or equivalent • 3+ years of experience working with Software solutions Desirable:- • Experience in a hospital environment preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of networking and security protocols • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

6. 7. Desktop Support Engineer – Qualification/Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , ECE,EEE,EE or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support/desktop support role Desirable: • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office tools • Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Asset cum Vendor Coordinator – Qualification/Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT asset management is required. 9. IT Helpdesk Coordinator – Qualification/Eligibility: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, EE or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk is required. 10.
