JIPMER Senior Research Fellow (SRF) Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

Essential
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology with atleast two years
research experience after postgraduation (OR) M.Tech in
Bioinformatics/Computational Biology. Desirable: i. Passed NET/GATE/equivalent exam. ii. Candidates with strong background in biostatistics and
bioinformatics regarding NGS data analysis will be given preference. iii. Candidates must be comfortable with the Linux operating system and
command-line interface. iv. Candidates must be well versed with at least one programming
language, R/Python, etc. v. Candidates with strong background in biostatistics and
bioinformatics regarding NGS data analysis will be given preference. vi. Candidates with experience in clinical research in psoriasis
biology with publications in the field and handson experience in advanced
molecular techniques such as RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, microarray and a strong
background in biostatistics will be given preference. |
Age Limit: Upper age limit 35 years. Age limit relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/women
candidates as per government rules.
Salary Details:
As per rules of ICMR, New Delhi.

held on 1st March 2023 at 9.00 AM in the, Department of Skin & STD, JIPMER,
Puducherry. The applicants should apply in plain paper with the enclosed format
along with attested copies of certificates to the undersigned at the address
given below by 27th February 2023. No individual call letters will be sent. No
TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
