Educational
Qualification:

Assistant (Field Investigator) - Essential: 1. Graduate in Nursing or Social Work from a recognized university with
three years experience from a recognized institution (or) 2. Postgraduation in Social Work or Public Health or nursing from a
recognized university with one year experience from a recognized institution 3. Fluency in English and Tamil 4. Willingness to travel to study field Desirable: 1. Previous experience in field studies 2. One or more publication |

2. Junior
Nurse – Essential: 1. High school or equivalent with science subjects plus certificate
course in ANM with five years experience from a recognized board (or) 2. Diploma in Nursing/ B. Sc (Nursing) and registered nurse or ANM with
state nursing council 3. Fluency in English and Tamil 4. Willingness to travel to study field Desirable: 1. Previous experience in research studies |
