ICMR-NIRRH Lab Technician Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Research
Assistant - Graduate in Science/relevant
subjects from a recognized university with three years work experience from a
recognized institution or Masters degree in the relevant subjects Desirable: Experience handling infectious samples including blood and performing
RT-PCR as well as molecular biology |
|
2. Lab
Technician - 12th pass in Science subjects
and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or PMW or
radiology/radiography or related subjects) or one year DMLT plus one year
required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/
laboratory experience* or animal house keeping in Government recognized
organization. *BSc degree shall be treated as 3 years experience Desirable: Experience collecting NP/OP swabs, venous blood, PBMC isolation and
handling of infectious samples including blood; Data entry and inventory |
Age Limit: (As

Technician - Up to 30 years |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:

Assistant - Rs. 35,000/-p.m. |

2. Lab
Technician - Rs. 20,000/- + 24% HRA p.m |
