Educational
Qualification:

1. Assistant
Trainee (Operator) - Qualification: AICTE approved Polytechnic Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a
recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for
General & OBC candidates & 55% in case of SC/ST candidates. Apprenticeship:
One year of Apprenticeship under
Apprenticeship Act 1961 in a Fertilizer/ Heavy Chemical Industry/ Petroleum
Refinery/ Petrochemical industry. |

2. Assistant
Trainee (Operator) - Qualification: University recognized UGC – B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Math) from a
recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for
General & OBC candidates & 50% in case of SC/ST candidates. Apprenticeship:
One year of Apprenticeship under
Apprenticeship Act 1961 in a Fertilizer/ Heavy Chemical Industry Petroleum
Refinery/ Petrochemical industry. |
Age Limit:

• Certificate issued by a Board of Secondary Education for passing
Matriculation / Higher Secondary shall be the only acceptable document in
support of proof of age. • Minimum 18 years and Maximum age shall be 27 years for General
candidates as on 31.10.2022. • Relaxation in age up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), for
IFFCO deceased employee dependent 3 Year and Ex-apprentices of IFFCO – 3
years for all Category candidates will be allowed. |
Salary Details:

Training period & Stipend: Sl. No. 1 & 2 - One Year -
Rs.31,000/- + as per rules other allowances per month Absorption
after training: On successful completion of training and if found suitable they shall
be absorbed in following grades and pay scales Sl. No. 1 & 2 - Grade L0
Pay Scale Rs.34,000 – 64,000 Basic Pay 34,000 + Other allowances. |
