Criteria:

Qualification:

1. Chief
Technology Officer - Engineering
Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University /
Institution. Experience: Minimum level of seniority : (i) For candidates from PSU Banks :
Minimum DGM level (ii) For candidates from Private Banks: Three levels below
Board (iii) For candidates from IT/Payment/ NBFC/ Fintech Companies: Three
level below the Board Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking in handling
IT Related Projects, Projects related to Financial Applications, IT
Infrastructure (not limited to Network, Servers, Virtualization, Integration
and Implementation with Applications), Financial Networks and integration
with Financial ecosystem, Cyber Security Technologies, Payment Systems,
Emerging Technologies in Banking ecosystem; of which 5+ years should be at
managing or implementing large IT projects/ Senior Management Level in Banks
or FIs. Experience in handling Data Analytics and AI would be desirable. No
vigilance case shall be pending against the candidate for appointment as the
CTO. |

BOI CTO Selection Process 2022:
Short listing and personal
Interaction
Short listing and personal
interaction / Interview. Final selection will be on the basis of marks secured
by the candidate in the personal interaction/ interview, in order of merit.
Maximum marks for personal interaction / Interview would be 100
Minimum marks for passing would be
70.

Officer on contract basis – Project 2022-23/01 (Notice dt. 01.09.2022) - Print
Application Form. Last date for receipt of offline application is 17.10.2022.
Application received after the said date will be rejected. Application must be
typed in the prescribed format only. Hand-written applications will be
summarily rejected.
The physical printed copy of
the application, through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier in a sealed
envelope super-scribing “Application for the post of Chief Technology Officer”
