ICMR-NIE Project Technician Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Project
Research Assistant - Essential
Qualification: Graduate degree in Public
Health/Sociology/Social work/ Anthropology/Nutrition/ Home Science or any
other relevant subject from a recognized university with 3 years’ work
experience from a recognized institution. OR Master’s degree in Public
Health/Sociology/Social work/ Anthropology/Nutrition/ Home Science or any
other relevant subject from a recognized institution. Desirable
Qualification and Experience: - 2 years of experience in field data collection. - Experience in Qualitative data collection, review of literature, etc. - Knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage |

2. Project
Technician-III - Essential
Qualification: - 12th pass in science subjects and 2 years’ diploma in MLT or 1 year
DMLT plus 1 year required experience from a recognized organization or 2
years field/ laboratory experience. - B.Sc. degree shall be treated as 3 years of experience. Desirable
Qualification and Experience: - Experience in collecting blood samples from participants in community
settings, - Experience in processing and testing biological samples. - Working knowledge of Computer Applications. - Proficiency in Tamil to interact with community. |
