Educational Qualification: (As on 17.03.2023)

1. Chief Manager [FICO and Payroll] - Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate with Specialisation in Electronics or Computer Science or MCA or 2 Years MBA or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management with Specialisation in Finance or CA Preferred Qualification: M.Tech with Specialization in Electronics or Computer Science Minimum Experience (years): 13 Years Preferred Experience: 1. Last 5 years in SAP Project Management handling a team of size 6 to 10 resources. 2. Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation experience in FICO and/or Payroll. 3. Minimum 5 years of SAP support experience in FICO and/or Payroll. 4. Excellent Communication skills and Documentation skills.

2. Senior Manager [Brand]- Minimum Qualification: 2 Years’ MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma# in Management Preferred Qualification: MBA with a Specialization in Marketing / Advertising and Brand Management Minimum Experience (years): 11 Years Preferred Experience: Experience in Branding, Mascom, Trade Marketing, Advertising and Promotion, ATL & BTL Campaigns, Agency Handling, Vendor Management, etc. Candidates from Lubricants / FMCG/ Automotive Industry will be preferred
