Energy (DAE) Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences, Mumbai sponsored project
entitled “High-throuhgput Screening for induced mutations in banana cv. Grand
Naine (AAA) with Fusarium wilt (TR4) resistance” at ICAR – NRC for Banana,
Tiruchirappalli – 620 102.

Eligibility
Criteria for NRCB Vacancy 2022:
Educational
Qualification:
|
1. Junior
Research Fellow - Essential: M.Sc. in Horticulture / Agriculture / Plant Breeding and Genetics /
Biotechnology and allied subjects Desirable: ICAR/CSIR/UGC – NET Experience: Experience in banana tissue culture, mutagenesis, molecular biology
techniques. |

2. Technical
Assistant - Essential: B.Sc.,/M.Sc., in Horticulture / Agriculture / Biotechnology/
Microbiology/Life Sciences. |
|
|
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for women candidates. Age
relaxation shall be applicable for the post as per rules.
Salary Details:
Rs.15,000.00 (consolidated) per month
|
1. Junior
Research Fellow - Rs.31,000/- (for the first two years) Rs.35,000/- (for the third year) |

2. Technical
Assistant - Rs.18,000/- (consolidated) for
all three years |
