Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Senior
Counselor - 1. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology / Counseling
Psychology 2. Preference will be given to candidate with at least 2 years of
experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative
setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes of with preferably 1
year experience of counseling either within or outside same set-up. Note: Candidate must be Resident Of The Local Community |

2. Case
Worker - 1. Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or
Development Management. (Candidates with Master’s Degree may also apply) 2. Preference will be given to candidate with at least 1 years of

diploma in Computers / IT with Minimum of 3 years experience in data
management, Process documentation, and web based reporting formats, video
conferencing at State or District Level with Government or Non - Governmental
/ IT based organizations. Note: Candidate must be Resident Of The Local Community |

4. Security
Guard - Must be able to read and write in
Tamil. Candidate must be Resident Of The Local Community |

5. Multi-Purpose
