Associate-I - Essential Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. Master’s degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life
Sciences / Zoology/ Microbiology/ Biological Sciences/ Allied Areas Desirable
Qualifications: Molecular Biology,
Cloning, Protein Expression & purification, OR Experience in laboratory
experiments and routine molecular biology applications, OR Experience of
laboratory experiments in routine molecular biology applications, OR
Experience in microbial culture, screening and molecular biology, OR
Experience in Microbiology / Molecular Biology Experience of handling
microbial cultures and exposures of basic molecular bio techniques, OR Experience
in protein purification & assays. Experience in cell culture / IHC. OR
1-2 year experience in lab, OR Experience in animal experiment and molecular
biological technique, OR Experience in microbiome analysis Two years research

Qualifications: The work of the
thesis should be in the area of synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal
chemistry as endorsed by research publications in peer-reviewed journal (as
first author) or patent application filed. a) Experience in medicinal
chemistry with the objective of preparing chemical libraries for biological
activity following contemporary synthetic organic chemistry , b) Research
publications in high impact peer reviewed journals, c) Knowledge about
biochemical targets for neuropathic pain or the area of neurosciences and d)
Good communication skills will be preferred. Applicants are required to make
a 10 min presentation (not more than 5 slides) of their Ph.D work. |
