Selection Process:
The
Selection Procedure of the Exam will be as follows:
1. Aptitude Test
2.
Personal Interview
Selection Stages:
The
recruitment process comprises of various stages, which includes Aptitude Test
and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the
Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of
candidates in the selection stages based on the administrative requirements.
The initial short-listing of the candidates will be made on the basis of the
candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test. The Bank reserves the right to
call only the requisite number of candidates for Personal Interview, after
short-listing as aforesaid.
The
mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation /
number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks
/ Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be
confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates. The decision
of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in each selection stage
will be final and binding on the candidates.
a) Aptitude
Test:
Bank proposes to
conduct the Aptitude Test at various centers across the country. The Aptitude
Test will comprise of objective type multiple choice questions consisting of 4
sections as given below:

- The
examination will be conducted online and the medium of the Aptitude Test will
be English
- There will NOT
be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates
b) Personal Interview:
Candidates shortlisted based on the Aptitude Test alone will be considered for
Personal Interview. Personal Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be
scheduled at various centres across the country at the discretion of the Bank.
