are invited from male citizens of India of OBC category possessing educational
qualifications and age as prescribed below for filling up of vacancies to the
post of Enrolled Follower (Sweeper/Safaiwala/Thupuravu Paniyaalar) (Group C,
Non-Gazetted) in Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union.

Indian Coast Guard Group C Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:

1. Enrolled
Follower (Sweeper/Safaiwala/Thupuravu Paniyaalar) (Group C, Non-Gazetted) - Matriculation or ITI or Equivalent. |
Age Limit: 18 years and not more than 25 years as on 30 Apr 22 (Age relaxation to
the extent of three years in case of OBC admissible as per existing Govt
rules).

Indian Coast Guard Group C Selection Process 2022:
(i) Written Exam : Written exam will be
conducted on General awareness and General English (10th Standard Level) for 50
Marks for a duration of One hour. Maximum marks-25.
(ii) Professional Skill Test (PST): The Skill
test shall consist of Sweeping, Mopping, Cleaning of drains/toilets, Maintenance
of septic tank and sewer lines and one shall qualify in each activity at shore
establishment and ships.
(iii) Physical Fitness Test (PFT): The
Candidates who qualifies the written test and PST will have to pass physical
fitness test also.
(iv) Medical Examination : Candidates
who qualify in written test, PST and PFT will be subjected to a medical
examination as per medical standards for Indian Coast Guard.
