Criteria for IIT Madras Vacancy 2021:

Qualification:
- Any engineering degree, preferably with MBA in marketing - Significant 4 years of work experience in (B2B) or business
development. Additional experience with technology transfer, patent
licensing, or related research or commercial academic environment. Requirements: - The ability to grasp challenging technical concepts quickly from a
wide range of technology areas. - Experience of working effectively with stakeholders, confidently
influencing them and where appropriate showing tenacity and persistence. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skill, problem-solving and
collaboration, relationship management, and team working skills, as well as
strong verbal and written communication skills. - A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and enterprise. - Working successfully and collaboratively within a team. - Managing a portfolio of technologies within a process-driven
environment to successful commercial outcomes. - Highly motivated self-starter who is adept at reading complex
research and license agreements: diagnosing complex business, interpersonal,
and inter-organizational issues; and dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced
environment |
