CMRL Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification: (As on 31.05.2023)
|
1. Chief
General Manager (Contract Management) – On
Deputation (i) Must be a B.E/ B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized
Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. Post Graduation in
Construction Management / Transportation is preferrable. (ii) Should be in SAG grade from Group (A) services with minimum 25
years of overall post qualification experience in handling contract
management aspects in large infrastructure projects like Metro Rail / Railway
/ Highway projects etc (iii) The overall experience shall include contract procurement,
contract management, assessment of extension of time & variations,
arbitration, dispute resolution and claim management. (iv) Should have extensive knowledge and experience in handling
construction contracts with FIDIC conditions of contract and Multinational
Development Bank’s procurements. (v) Shall be conversion with contract law, Arbitration Act and CVC
guidelines. On Contract
basis i.
Qualification: -Must possess B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
degree from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE /
UGC. Post Graduation in Construction Management / Transportation is
preferrable. ii. Experience: - - Should posses minimum 25 years of overall post qualification
experience in handling contract management aspects in large infrastructure
projects like Metro Rail / Railway / Highway projects etc - Should have at least 8 years of experience in handling contract
management elements in the role of employer of any metro rail firm including
minimum of 2 years experience in senior management level. - The overall experience shall
include contract procurement, contract management, assessment of exchange of
time & variations, arbitration, dispute resolution and claim management. - Should have extensive knowledge and experience in handling
construction contracts with FIDIC conditions of contract and Multinational
Development Bank’s procurements. - Shall be conversant with contract law, Arbitration Act and CVC
guidelines. |

2. General
Manager (Planning & Business Development) – On
Deputation (i) Must be a graduate from a
Govt. recognized University / Institute with two years MBA degree in

years of post qualification experience in Planning & Business
Development. (iii) Property Development in Railway Projects / Metro Rail Projects or
Similar kind of large-scale infrastructure development projects and
management will be a preferred. (iv) Officers shall be responsible for development of various metro
rail properties for its commercial use. Shall also be responsible for
Preparation / review of Feasibility Report /Detailed Project Reports for
implementation of Mass Transit Systems, including project approvals and
funding tie ups etc. On Contract
basis: - Must be a graduate from a
recognized University/Institute with two years MBA degree in
Marketing/Finance. The incumbent should have minimum 20 years of
post-qualification experience in Business Development / Property Development.
Experience in Metro Rail projects/ large scale infrastructure development
projects /managing a large portfolio of developed properties will be a
preferred. The responsibility of the incumbent will be to manage the
extensive Property Development programs of CMRL, so as to maximize the
non-fare revenue innovatively from property development and be responsible
for planning, Preparation / review of Feasibility Report /Detailed Project
Reports for implementation of Mass Transit Systems, including project
approvals and funding tie ups etc. |

3. Joint
General Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) - Must be a B.E / B.Tech (EEE /ECE/Mech) graduate from a Govt.
recognized University /Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent
should possess minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in the field
of MEP / E&M: HT / LT Electrical Power Supply Distribution Systems,
Cabling, DG, UPS Systems, Earthing Systems, Lightning Arrestor, Lighting,
VAC, Fire Protection System, water supply, BMS / SCADA Systems of their BIM /
Design review, interface management, procurement, installation, testing and
commissioning in Railway projects / Metro Rail projects or any large
infrastructure project. |

4. Assistant
Manager (Company Secretary) - Must be a
qualified company secretary by the Institute of Company Secretaires of India
with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience or completed 24 months
training in a PSU or Government Sector or in Private Company of repute or
from reputed firm of Practising Company Secretary/ies. The candidate should
have sound knowledge and experience in all secretarial compliance under the
Companies Act, 2013 with all applicable laws and exposure to prepare
reports/presentations to the Management. |

CMRL Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023:
|
The
selection methodology comprises two-stage process, interview followed by
medical examination. The selection process will judge the candidate on
different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude,
and physical fitness. Medical Examination: Expenses
for the first-time medical examination of the candidate will be borne by
CMRL. However, in case a candidate seeks extension for joining, then the
second time medical examination expenditure will be borne by the candidate.
To & fro travel expenses for the medical test shall be borne by the
candidate. The candidate who fails the prescribed medical test will not be
given any alternative employment and decision of CMRL is final on this issue. |
