NHPC Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. ITI Apprentice - Passed ITI in relevant discipline from any recognized Institute/ Board of Technical Education.

2. Diploma Apprentice - Full time Diploma in relevant Engineering/Technical Education from institute/university recognized by AICTE/ State Board of Technical Education.

3. Graduate Apprentice - Two years full time MBA / Post Graduate Degree in relevant subject from recognized Institute /University.

Age Limit: (As on 05.02.2022)

1. ITI Apprentice - 18 to 30 Years

2. Diploma Apprentice - 18 to 30 Years

3. Graduate Apprentice - 18 to 30 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through NHPC official Notification 2022 for more reference

 

NHPC Apprentice Selection Process 2022:

The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks secured in ITI/ Diploma/ Postgraduate. The shortlisted candidates can be call for interview if required and offered will be sent through portal. The list of selected candidates will also be uploaded on the website of NHPC Limited i.e. www.nhpcindia.com.

Preference will be given as under: -

a) Project Affected Families of Parbati-II HE Project will be given first preference.

b) People of Project Affected areas of Parbati-II HE Project & Kullu District will be given Second preference.

c) People of Mandi District of Himachal Pradesh will be given third preference.

d) People of other District of Himachal Pradesh will be given fourth preference.

 

How to apply for NHPC Apprentice Post:  

a) The candidate must go through the Terms & conditions as mentioned in the Notification.

b) The candidate must have a valid Aadhar number, Mobile number & E-mail ID before applying for Apprenticeship. ITI Passed candidates should register themselves on Apprenticeship portal at https://apprenticeshipindia.org and apply through this portal. Postgraduate and Diploma Holders should register themselves on https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/login/user_login.action

c) The candidate has to take print out of registration/applied at portal and send along with all self-attested certificates of Educational qualification, marksheets and certificates, Domicile Certificate, Document certifying member of Project Affected Family (PAF), copy of Aadhar card, Pan Card etc.at the below mentioned address by Speed post/ Registered post/ By-hand till 05/02/2022 (5:00 p.m.) :-
