BEL Trainee Engineer - I Eligibility Criteria:
Educational
Qualification:
|
Qualification: Full time BE/B.Tech course from reputed Institute/University in the
following Engineering disciplines –Electronics/ Electronics &
Communication/ E&T/ Telecommunication 55% aggregate marks in all
semesters in the indicated qualification for General, OBC and EWS candidates
and Pass Class for SC and PWD candidates. Method of conversion of CGPA to
percentage as per University norms should be compulsorily attached. Post Post
qualification Experience ( as on 01.12.2021 ): Candidates should have minimum of 1 year of relevant post
qualification industry experience to apply for the post of Trainee EngineerI.
Candidates should have experience in any of the following areas: - Work experience in Radars and Communication Systems, High voltage
transmitters, Signal Processing will be an added advantage. - Hands on experience in using test instruments like network analyser,
spectrum analyser, Signal generators, RF power meters, etc. - Hands-on experience in Antenna testing will be preferred. - Experience in preparation of project documents, updating stores
database, inspection of electrical and electronic components/spares,
coordinating with customers for clearances, etc. - Work experience in on-site project execution, installation and
commissioning of equipment, on-site Product Support activities, etc. - Candidates should have managed work teams and should have been
involved in work planning, scheduling and execution. |

The Upper age limit is
relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will

Salary Details:

1st Year - Rs.30,000/- 2nd Year - Rs.35,000/- 3rd Year - Rs. 40,000/- Additional benefits payable: (i) Rs.12,000/- per year towards insurance
premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. |
BEL Trainee Engineer - I Selection Process 2022:
Candidates who meet the eligibility
criteria w.r.t. qualification and experience will be allotted weightage as
follows:

BE/B.Tech and number of years of experience as indicated above in the ratio of
1:5. Only those candidates shortlisted will be called for the interview.
