Educational
Qualification:

1. Project
Scientist – B (Non – Medical) (CRC Data management) - 1st class Master’s degree in Statistics / Biostatistics from a
recognized University with two years’ experience in Health research. (OR) 2nd
class Master’s Degree with Ph.D. in the above areas from a recognized university.
Desirable
Qualification and Experience - Trained in GCP and/or GDMP - Well experienced in SPSS/STATA/R and other statistical packages - Experience in managing large datasets of biomedical research and
clinical trials - Knowledge of ODK based data capture tools and developing
questionnaire - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Willingness to travel extensively - Publication in peer-reviewed journals |

Scientist – B (Non – Medical) (CRC-Quality Assurance Management) - 1st class Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory
Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology from a recognized
University with two years’ experience in Health Research. (OR) 2nd class
Master’s Degree with Ph.D. in the above areas from a recognized university. Desirable
Qualification and Experience: - PhD in the above subjects from recognized University. - Trained in GCP and GLP. - Hands on experience in handling laboratory equipment. - Laboratory QC/QA. - Drafting SOPs, protocols, reports and manuscripts. - Handling NABL Accreditation. - Writing reports and manuscripts - Publication in peer-reviewed journals - Willingness to work in the rural areas - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. |

Qualification and Experience - PhD in the above areas of specialization. - Proven experience in designing and coordinating community engagement
activities - Proven experience in qualitative research and data analysis. - Proven experienced with coordinating and conducting CAB and other
stakeholder meetings. - Research experience in the field of clinical, social and behavioural
research as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals - Working knowledge of Computer applications and Atlas TI software /

management - Good communication skills: scientific writing as evidenced by
