Engineering Degree (Full time) in Electronics and communication / Electrical
& Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks
in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with one‐year post qualification experience in the field of Maintenance of
Control & Instrumentation systems / Control Panels / Computer systems,
Electronics & Communication systems / Troubleshooting of Analog &
Digital I/O PCBs, Analog & Digital meters / indicators, power supplies
etc. |

2. Technical
Officer on Contract (Cat. 2) - A First-class
Engineering Degree (Full time) in Electronics & Tele-Communication with
minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University
with one‐year post qualification experience in the field of Computer Hardware,
Linux, Windows OS, Networking and basic knowledge in Electrical Systems |

Reservations

Marks: 1st Class is relaxed to 2 nd Class with

Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC & 10 more years relaxation for
PwD category. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had
ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980
to 31/12/1989.

Process 2021:
The selection will be
based on performance in the Personal Interview for ‘Technical Officer on
Contract’ posts; Written Test and Trade Test for ‘Scientific Assistant-A on
Contract’ & ‘Junior Artisan on Contract’ posts. Final merit list will be
prepared considering the score secured in the respective method(s).

Eligible candidates may

report at 10:00 hrs. at the venue with duly filled in application along with
the following original certificates & a set of self-attested photocopies:
a. SSC certificate or School
leaving certificate as Date of birth proof;
b. Identity proof (Govt. issued
only; Aadhar, Driving License, Passport etc.);
c. Documents in support of
Qualification (SSC, Intermediate/ITI/Diploma, B.Tech./B.E. Certificates along
with Marks memo, as applicable);
d. CGPA conversion certificate
from institution/university, if any;
e. Experience certificate from
previous employment (Appointment Order & recent pay slips, if working);
f. Category Certificate in
support of SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer) & EWS in the prescribed proforma as
per Government guidelines;
g. A valid certificate for
