Eligibility
Criteria for NABARD Bank Vacancy 2021:
Educational
Qualification: (As on 01.07.2021)
The
candidate can apply only for ONE Post/Discipline of his / her choice. In case
of multiple applications across or within disciplines for Grade A (RDBS), only
the last application submitted will be considered valid and fee against all
other applications will be forfeited.
The
candidate must possess the required educational qualification as on 01-07-2021.
The result of final term / semester/ year examination of the required
educational qualification must have been declared on or before 01-07-2021 In
other words, candidates whose final year/semester results have been declared
after 01-07-2021 are not eligible to apply.
Bachelor’s
Degree in a particular discipline means that the candidate must have studied
that discipline as main subject in respective degree course and it must be
mentioned in the Degree Certificate issued by the University/Institute.

and (ii) PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English

Assistant Manager (P&SS) - He / She should be an Officer with a minimum of five years' of
Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force holding a valid ExServiceman
Identity Card. Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned
Officers should have rendered at least five years continuous Military Service
and should have been released on completion of assignment (including those
whose assignment is due to be completed within one year from the cut off date
(01-07-2021) specified, i.e. on or before30.06.2022), |
Manager In Grade 'B' (RDBS) - 2021
|
Manager (RDBS)
- Post Graduate degree in any
subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD
applicants 55%) in aggregate. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or
equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR a
minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional
degree, viz., CA/CS/ICWA OR a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th,
Graduation, PG and Ph.D. Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience (SC/PWBD -
02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied
and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum
educational qualification (i.e. PG). |
Pay Scale:

Assistant
Manager in Grade ‘A’ - The candidate must
be between 21 and 30 years of age as on 01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must
have been born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07- 2000 |

Assistant
Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade ‘A’ - Between 25 and 40 Years (no relaxation for any category). The
candidates born not earlier than 02.07.1981 and not later than 01-07-1996
(Both days inclusive) are eligible to apply. |

Manager in
Grade ‘B’ - The candidate must have attained
the age of 25 yrs and must not have attained the age of 32 years as on
01-07-2021, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than
02-07-1989 and not later than 01-07-1996). |
The
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for
Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC
PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper

Salary Details:

Manager in Grade ‘A’ - Selected candidates
will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of
Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600
applicable to Officers in Grade 'A' and they will be eligible for Dearness
Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade
Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial
monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 70,000/-. |

2. Assistant
Manager (Protocol & Security Service) in Grade ‘A’ - They will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28,150/-p.m. in the scale
of Rs.28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7) – 46600 -EB-1750 (4) - 53600-2000(1) -
55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will also be eligible for
Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance,
Special Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to

Officers in Grade 'B' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local
Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per
rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross
