Eligibility Criteria for IIMR Vacancy 2021:

Educational Qualification:

Technical Assistant	Essential Qualification: Graduate in Rural Development/Social Work/equivalent degree from recognized university/Institute with 5+ years of relevant experience in working with FPOs/ Large Farmers groups/Mobilization of farmers, field demonstrations, organizing village level meetings etc. Desirable Qualification: 1) Working Experiences with FPOs/Extension Activities 2) Handling of ICT devices 3) Fluency in Kannada, read, write and speak 4) Preference will be given to residents of FPO block by following recruitment rules
2.	Project Coordinator	Essential Qualification: MBA in Agribusiness Management or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with 3+ years of relevant experience in Agribusiness/ Agri. Marketing/ Value Chain Development including Post Harvest Management and working with FPOs/ Large Farmers groups etc Desirable Qualification: 1) Working Experiences with FPOs 2) Technology Dissemination 3) Development of Millets based business plans 4) Formation & Promotion of FPOs
3.
