Essential Qualification: Matriculation/SSLC with ITI/NCVT+NAC from recognized institute /board or HMT Training 3 years.

Post Qualification Experience: Candidates should have: 1. Experience in Machine Tools industry 2. With work experience/undergone training at HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference. 3. Should be well conversant in Multi Skill Operations/ Trade relevant to Machine Tool Industry.

Essential Qualification: 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engg/Electrical & Electronics /Electrical & Communication Engg from recognized Institute/Board/University

Post Qualification Experience: Candidates should have: 1. Experience in Machine Tools industry 2. With work experience/undergone training at HMT Machine Tools Ltd. will be given preference. 3. Should be well conversant in Multi Skill Operations/Trade relevant to Machine Tool Industry.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:

1.	Company Trainee (Multi-Skilled /Experienced) (DIRECT- TECHNICAL)	Stipend of Rs.13,000/-, Rs.13,500 and Rs.14,000 per month during Training Period of 1 st , 2 nd and 3rd year consecutively. On successful completion of the Training Period, trainees will be reclassified in Wage Grade II of Channel VI in the Wage Scale of 3830-85-4680-90-7110 (1997 Wage Scale)
2.	Company Trainee (Multi-Skilled /Experienced) (DIRECT- TECHNICAL)	Stipend of Rs.14,000/- & Rs.14,500 per month during Training Period of 1st & 2nd year consecutively. On successful completion of the Training Period trainees will be reclassified in Wage Grade III of Channel VIII in the Wage Scale of 4200-115-5350-120-7630 (1997 Wage Scale).

Selection Procedure for HMT:

HMT may follow the following process to select the candidates.

1.	1st stage : “ Practical Test” for Skill Testing
2.	2nd stage: “ Written Test” for Aptitude & General Knowledge

Application Fee/Exam Fee:

Note: A non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- for General, EWS & OBC which includes Rs.250/- as Application Fee and Rs. 250/- as processing fee. Only Rs.250/- will be the processing fee for SC / ST category, drawn in favour of HMT Machine Tools Limited, Hyderabad on any Scheduled Bank payable at Hyderabad is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates are advised to write their name and address on reverse side of Demand Draft. No fee is to be paid by Persons with Disability (PWD). Application without proper Demand Draft (except PWD) will be summarily rejected.

Application in the prescribed format as enclosed, duly filled enclosing therewith the Demand Draft and a set of self attested photocopies of the relevant certificates in proof of qualification, age, category, experience etc.,(all the relevant original certificates should be produced at the time of interview) and affixing passport size photograph at the space provided, should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF COMPANY TRAINEES……………………………………” so as to reach the following address on or before 20.04.2021.
