Eligibility Criteria for CSIO Vacancy 2021:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Project Associate - II (Mechanical)	B. Tech./B.E in Mechanical/Production/ Aerospace/Mechatronics or equivalent and two yearsof experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services Desirable: - M.Tech/M.E in relevant discipline is desired - Experience in design of mechanical/optomechanical components and test jigs is desired. - Experience in mechanical simulation and analysis of components and assemblies is desired.
2.	Project Associate - II (Electronics)	B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/Advanced Instrumentation/Controls/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electrical and Electronics Engg./Biomedical Engg./Biomedical Instrumentation or Equivalent and two years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. Desirable: - M.Tech/M.E in ECE/Electronics/ Instrumentation is desired. - Experience in assembly and testing of SMDs and Leaded components on multilayer PCBs, electronics circuit design, User Interface Design, and Simulation, programming of microcontrollers is desired
3.	Project Associate - II(Mechanical)	B. Project Associate – I (Optics)	M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Optics/Optical Instrumentation/Opto-electronics/Optical Engg./ Applied Optics or equivalent and two years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services Desired: -M.Tech./M.E. in Opto-electronics/Optics/ Optical Engg.or equivalent is desired. - Experience in design and analysis of optical elements and systems for lighting and imaging applications, usage of optical design/simulation software is desired.

OR 28,000/- + HRA for those who do not fall under (i) above.
