Educational Qualification:

Scientific Staff	BCA/MCA/MSc. With computer MS office knowledge
Technical Staff	ITI one or Two years in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, capability in practical diagnosis of defects and repair
Technical Staff	3 years Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, capability in practical diagnosis of defects and repair.
Project Associate	BTech/MTech in Thermal Engineering with experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (First Class), Knowledge of ANSYS and FLUENT Packages and Programming Skills (C- Programming/MATLAB)
Senior Project Associate	PhD in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/Thermal Engineering. Knowledge of ANSYS and FLUENT Packages and Programming Skills (CProgramming/MATLAB)
