Eligibility Criteria for NIT Trichy Vacancy 2021:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Consultant (Hostels)	Educational qualification: - B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute. Experiences: Essential: - With at least 5 years of service as Assistant Executive Engineer or 10 years of service as Assistant Engineer or equivalent; or - 15 years’ experience in relevant field as Engineer from CPWD / State Govt. or Semi – Govt./ PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / Institution of national importance / reputed organization under Central / State Govt.
2.	Consultant (EMD)	Educational qualification: -B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute. Experiences: Essential: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Site supervising / Estimate preparation / Quantity surveyor / Planning & Billing work in Government sector / PSU / Autonomous bodies / Reputed private organisations. Desirable: - M.E / M. Tech in Civil field or work experience in Pure maintenance related work in Government sector / PSU / Autonomous bodies.
3.	Consultant (Accounts – Hostels)	Educational qualification: - M. Tech in Structural Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute. Experiences: Essential: - Experienced in Preparation of Estimation for all type of construction works specifically buildings. - Minimum 2 years’ experience as Structural Design Engineer
4.	Consultant (Accounts – Hostels)	Qualification and experience: - Retired/Retiring Officials from an organized Accounts Dept. of Govt. of India / Autonomous Institutions / PSUs at pay level-10 (C.A.G / C.G.A / C.P.O / other such Depts.) or higher with minimum 5 years of experience in pay level 8 / 9 / 10.
