BE/MCA or equivalent degree with 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field.

Desired: 1. Build, optimize and maintain conceptual and logical database models. 2. Installing and configuring information systems to ensure functionality. 3. Analyzing structural requirements for new software and applications. 4. Optimize database systems 5. Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations. 7. Experience & understanding of web application development, preferably in Angular, HTML5/CSS, Javascript, Java & MySQL

Bioinformatician/Bio-Statistician

BE/B.Tech /M.Tech /MSc in computer science or Biostatistics or Bioinformatics or Bio Technology

Essential Experience: - 1) One year of experience with analysis of genomic/transcriptomics/ Exome data. 2) Strong demonstrated coding skills in Python / R / Julia/Shell Scripting 3) Should have knowledge in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis pipeline and in operating Linux system.

Desirable: - Experience in integrating multi-omics with clinical data.
