3.	Executive (Office)	1.Must possess Post Graduate Degree and Pass in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc. No. 51928/2013/SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A
4.	Executive (Lab)	1. Must possess Degree in Science. 2. Must possess 2 years Diploma in Lab (Technician) issued by the Govt. / Govt. approved Institutions.
5.	Junior Executive (Office)/(Purchase)	1. Must be a Graduate in any discipline. 2. Must have passed in Cooperative Training as detailed in Rc. No. 51928/ 2013/SF2 dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Cooperative societies, Chennai. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co.op.) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Coop Training
6.	Private Secretary (Grade-III)	1. Must possess a degree in any discipline 2. Must have passed Typewriting English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade & Shorthand English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade

Selection Procedure for Aavin Cuddalore:

Selection Procedure:

a) Procedure of Selection for the post of Manager(Vety), Deputy Manager(Q/C)/DC, Executive (Office) & (Lab),Private Secretary Gr-III, Junior Executive(Office)/(Purchase), SFA

The Selection will be made in two successive stages, viz.

i) Written Examination

ii) Oral Test in the form of an interview in respect of candidates who have secured top marks in written test.
