3.	Deputy General Manager (E-5)	Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 60% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical / Marine Engineering/ Production 15 years‟ post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing the construction of Naval Ships”.
4.	Senior Manager (E-4)	Full Time Graduate and 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Mass Communication/Marketing/ Advertising/Journalism/Pub lic Relations with First Class or 60 % Marks. 11 years post qualification experience either singularly or collectively in handling Corporate Communication/Marketing/brand promotion assignments in Organizations of repute and demonstrable experience in rolling out Corporate Communication/Marketing/Brand promotion plans & Events directly & through external agencies
