Eligibility Criteria for THSTI Vacancy 2020:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Scientist E (Virology)	MD/Ph.D. in Life Sciences from a recognized University with a minimum 7 years of post-PhD/MD experience in the field of animal viruses and animal models of infection
2.	Scientist D (Infectious disease and immunology)	Ph.D. in Life Sciences/ Veterinary Science/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology or relevant branch from a recognized University with 3 years of relevant research experience after Ph.D. in animal virology, animal models and cell culture, molecular and serological assays for vaccine development.
3.	Scientist D (Embryology & Transgenics)	Ph.D. in Life Sciences/ Veterinary Science/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology or relevant branch from a recognized University with 3 years of relevant research experience after Ph.D. in rodent embryology, genome editing, embryo transfer technology and related molecular techniques.
4.	Scientist D (Animal Care & Quality Control)	MVSc/Ph.D. in Veterinary Pathology from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of work experience after Ph.D./MVSc in animal care, quality control, and rodent pathology.
5.	Project Engineer (Biosafety Level 3 Facility)	BE/ B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 6 years' of post qualification experience in scientific/ industrial/ turnkey projects or other relevant fields with expertise in execution, operation and maintenance of scientific facilities having HVAC, clean rooms, BMS systems, etc ..
6.	Senior Technical Officer (Bioassay Lab)	PG Degree /PG Professional degree in Life Sciences with 7 /6 years' of relevant experience after obtaining the qualifying the degree
7.	Technical Officer-II (Small Animal Facility and Bioassay Lab)	PG Degree /PG Professional degree in Life Sciences/ Veterinary Science/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology or relevant branch with minimum 4/3 years of relevant post qualification experience in executing quality control & animal care procedures in small animal facility
