Eligibility Criteria for NBPGR Vacancy 2020:

Educational Qualification:

Junior Research Fellow	Master's degree in Agriculture- Plant breeding /Botany/ Life sciences/ Plant Biotechnology/ Genetics/ or equivalent with 4/5 years of Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university (for JRF). OR Post-graduate degree in above mentioned subjects with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree with NET/GATE qualifications (for JRF). OR Post-graduate degree in above mentioned subjects with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree qualifications (for Project Associate-I).
2.	Scientific Administrative	Graduate degree in any discipline
3.	Assistant/ Field worker	Graduation in Life Sciences/ Botany/ Agriculture or equivalent. Desirable Qualification: Experience in field crops/ laboratory work, handling of office documents, basic knowledge of computer and data entry, etc.
4.	Project Assistant/Field assistant/Laboratory assistant/Technician	Graduate degree in any discipline Desirable Qualification: Experience of work in agricultural fields/farms such as sowing, harvesting, data recording. Basic knowledge of computer, MS office (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
5.	Scientific administrative assistant/ Field worker	Master's degree in Agriculture- Plant breeding /Botany/ Life sciences/ Plant Biotechnology/ Genetics/ or equivalent with 4/5 years of Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university (for JRF).
