also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of
the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic
essential M.D/ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in
Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Endocrinology) from a recognized University or
equivalent. B. Experience Two years’ working experience after obtaining the
first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D. NOTE- 1 The candidates holding DNB
qualifications would need to get their qualification verified by NBE as to
whether it is as per the requirement of the Gazette Notification
No.MCI-12(2)/2010-Med.Misc. dated 11.06.2012 and upload such verification

(I) Master’s Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks.
(II) M.Ed. Degree in Specific Disability (Mental Retardation/ Intellectual
Disability) area with not less than 55% of marks or an equivalent grade B
plus in 10-point scale of UGC. OR An equivalent Degree from a foreign
University recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). (III) Valid
registration with RCI under section 19 of RCI Act, 1992. Note 1
Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the U.P.S.C., for reasons
to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well
qualified. Note 2 The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable
at the discretion of the U.P.S.C. for reasons to be recorded in writing in
