a. Graduate OR
b. Intermediate (10+2) with experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health
worker I or higher course in health education I counselling OR

d. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum 2 months)

a. Intermediate (I 0+2) with Diploma in Computer application or
