Eligibility Criteria for CMET Vacancy 2020:

Educational Qualification:

1.	Director	a) B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent from a recognized University in Physics/Chemistry/Material Sciences/ Metallurgy/ Ceramics/ Chemical Engineering /Nano materials and having 15 (fifteen) years post qualification experience in the relevant field of R&D or industry. OR M.E/M.Tech in Metallurgy/ Ceramics / Chemical Engineering/ Materials Engineering / Nano materials from a recognized University/ Institution and having 12 (twelve) years post qualification experience in the relevant field of R&D or industry. OR Ph.D in Physics/ Chemistry/ Material sciences/ Metallurgy/ Materials Engineering/Ceramics Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Nano materials from a recognized University/ Institution with 10 (ten) years post qualification experience in the relevant field of R&D or industry. AND b) At least 3 years experience in PML 13 or equivalent managerial post Desirable: Proven track record in handling R & D Projects of national importance on electronics materials & devices with patents, technology transfer, consultancy etc.
2.	Scientist ‘B’	Essential: B.E / B. Tech / M. Sc or equivalent from a recognized University in Physics / Chemistry/ Material Sciences /Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering and having 5 (five) years post qualification experience* in the relevant field of R&D or industry. OR M.E / M.Tech in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering/Materials engineering from a recognized University/Institution and having 3 (three) years post qualification experience* in the relevant field of R&D or industry. OR Ph.D in Physics/Chemistry/Material sciences/Metallurgy/Materials engineering / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: Publications in reputed journals and/or patents.
3.	Scientific Assistant-IV	Essential: Post Graduation in Physics/Material Science from a recognized university Desirable: 2 years experience in advanced materials, components and devices processing/fabrication.
4.	Finance Officer	a) i) MBA (Finance)/PG DM (Finance)/ MMS(Finance)/ M.Com from recognized University/ Institution/ SAS (IAAD/ICAD with 3 years experience. OR ii) Graduate in Commerce from recognized University with 6 years experience. b) The experience should be in a supervisory capacity in the field of Accounts/ Finance/ budgeting in a Government Office/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies/ Statutory Bodies Desirable: (i) Exposure to Taxation matters (ii) Should have worked in computerized environment (iii) Experience in PFMS
