1. Sports persons who have represented the count, or state in an
International or National competition in any of the games mention. above.
2. Sports persons who have represented their Universities in the Inter
University Tournament conducted by the Inter University Sports Board in any
of the games mentioned above.
3. Sports persons who have represented the State School team in the
National Sports / Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Gaines
Federation in any of the games mentioned above.
. Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical
Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

passport size photographs self attested. 5. Self attested copy of one ID Proof
