(ii) Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.

Fireman

(i) 10TH Standard pass of equivalent from a recognized Board.
(ii) Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of
extinguishers, hose fittings and fire appliances and equipment fire engines,
trailer, pumps and foam branches.
(iii) Must be familiar with the use and maintenance of first-aid fire
appliances and Trailer Fire Pump.
(iv) Must know elementary principles of Fire Fighting methods employed
in fighting different types of fire.
(v) Must be conversant with foot and appliance Fire Service Drills and
be able to perform the task allotted to the members of fire crew.
(vi) Must have served in recognised Civil or Defence Fire Brigades as
Fireman Grade II for a minimum period of three years.

Post:
Candidates fulfilling the
conditions can submit their application only by REGISTERED / SPEED/ ORDINARY
POST as per the format given at Appendix ‘A’ to ‘B’ in this advertisement and
must attach duly attested photocopies of under mentioned documents from (a) to
(k) as applicable duly attested. The photograph and documents should be self
attested along with the application. Original certificates are not (NOT) to be
despatched with application form, and should be brought in person on the day of
the written test. Despatch of original documents will entail outright rejection
and this HQ will not be responsible of any loss of original documents.
(a) Education Qualification
Certificate. (b) Cast Certificate (For SC/ST/OBC/EWS issued by authorised Govt
agency as applicable). (c) Discharge Certificate where applicable (for
Ex-Servicemen)/NOC. (d) Birth Certificate. (e) Must have served in a recognised
Civil or Defence Fire Brigades as Fireman Grade II for a minimum period of
three years. (f) Domicile Certificate. (g) Aadhaar Card.
(h) Experience Certificates :-
(i) For Driver - Must possess civil driving license for heavy vehicles and two
years experience of driving heavy vehicle. (ii) For labour - Should be
proficient in trade work. (iii) For Fireman - Must have served in a recognised
civil or defence fire Brigades as Fireman Grade-II for a minimum period of
Three years. (j) 03 x Pass Port size photographs.
(a) Candidates will enclose a
self-addressed envelope, affixing postal stamps of Rs. 25/- alongwith the
application required for dispatch of Acknowledgement / Admit Card.
(b) The candidates are required
to super scribe on the top of envelope “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF
_______________________” ALONG WITH SELF & FATHER’s NAME. In case this is
not mentioned on top of envelope the application will be rejected without
opening.
(c) Acknowledgement/Admit Card
and Certificate from Attesting Authority to be typed on separate A4 size plain
papers as per Appendix ‘B’.
