Job Description: Have good knowledge in
programming/operating Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) and Horizontal Turning
Centre (HTC). Have basic knowledge in
programming SINUMERIK 808D/828D/840D sl controllers Ability to read and interpret mechanical
documents and drawings. Good written
and spoken communication skills. Capable of handling skill development
courses as assigned in accordance with course curriculum / syllabus. Operate machines for consultancy activities
within the CoE. Assist in curriculum
development and innovative teaching techniques, if needed. Responsible for smooth functioning of
Laboratory.
Mentor students on academic and career goals.
Maintaining quality and safety standards;
Maintaining equipment and supplies.
Flexible to work beyond office hours and on holidays. Perform other duties and responsibilities,
as assigned.
