2.	Senior Manager	i) Four years of full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent with First Class or 60% overall marks (55% for SC candidates) in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture. ii) 11 years' post qualification experience
3.	Senior Manager	i) Full-Time Graduate and 02 years full-time First Class or 60 % Marks in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations Social Work/ Labour Welfare. ii) 11 years' experience in dealing with HR matters.
4.	Senior Manager	i) Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 55% overall marks in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical Electronics/ Marine Engineering Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture. ii) 11 years post qualification experience in sales & marketing of engineering products
5.	Dy. Manager (Medical)	i) MBBS degree from any university recognized by Indian Medical Council. ii) 05 years post qualification experience in a Hospital/ Nursing Home I Private Practice.
6.	Junior Manager (Technical)	i) Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Naval Architecture/ Shipbuilding Engineering/ Civil/ Mechanical. ii) 8 years post qualification experience either singularly
