Educational Qualification:

02	Trained Graduate Teacher (English)	Second Class Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in concerned subject and in aggregate including electives and language in the combination of the subject as under: - i) For TGT (English) – English as an elective subject at Degree level. 2. Four years integrated course in special Education for Visual Impairment from a recognized University or equivalent with 50% marks in the concerned subject
03	Project Coordinator BCI (Braille Council of India) & North East.	Second Class Bachelor’s Degree Retired Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ Officer from any Government Department/Institute working in the field of visual impairment; 2. Ten years experience in Braille Development related activities
04	Asstt. State Officer	Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from a recognized University. 2. Five years experience in protocol and media management
05	Consultant (Public Relation)	Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from a recognized University. 2. Five years experience in protocol and media management
06	Female Physical education instructor (PEI).	A Degree from a recognized University. 2. A Degree or Diploma in Physical Training
07	Research Investigator	Having a Masters degree in any subject preferably Special Education or Social Science and good knowledge of English

Ed. from a recognized University or Equivalent; and Diploma in Special Education in Teaching Visually Impaired Children (Recognized by RCI). 3. 09	Information Technology and Assistive Technology Educator	Bachelor Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Law Management from recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. 2. Two Years experience of work in the field of Computer Application for the Blind
10	Computer Teacher	Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum one-year Diploma in Computer applications and programming Skills including knowledge of popular screen reading software and hardware for Braille printing. 2. One year experience as Computer Instructor/Teacher of Visually Handicapped
11	Paramedics/Nurse (Female)	Matriculation. 2. Certificate in Nursing/Mid Wife/Diploma in nursing. 3. Some experience of work in Hospital/dispensary of repute
12	Lower Division Clerk.	Intermediate or an equivalent examination. 2. Typing speed 35 words per minute in English
13	Electrician	High School or Equivalent 2 Certificate of NCVT in the Trade of Electrician with two years experience in Tool Room Work
14	Carpenter	High School or Equivalent 2. Certificate of NCVT in the trade of Carpenter/Fitter with two years experience in Tool Room Work.

Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- (non refundable) drawn in favour of the Director, NIEPVD, payable at Dehradun must accompany with the application without which the application will not be considered. The SC/ST and Ex-Serviceman candidates are required to submit DD of Rs. 100/- only. Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from above fee
