Eligibility Criteria
for IRSDC Vacancy 2018:
Educational Qualification:
(As on 31.05.2017)
1. Sr. Experts -
Masters in Urban Design / Planning + Minimum 10years’ experience with a focus
on TOD, large scale urban design / planning projects, policy writing and
development control regulations preparation. Experience in creating
administrative enabling frameworks for implementation of projects and public
sector experience will be preferred. Skills: Team leadership,
inter-departmental / agency coordination, Project Strategy, GIS, AutoCAD, MS
Office Programs
2. Company Secretary- Having
a Degree in Law from a recognized University, ICWA would be a desirable
qualification. 2. Candidate must have passed CS from a recognized institute.
He/she must be a Company Secretary, having Post minimum 10 to 15 years of
experience, in dealing with corporate management in PSU/reputed organization
3. Architects -

Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 - 60 years), (For Post 2 - 45
Years), (For Post 3, 4
- 31.03.1988 - 31.03.2000). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.
