Eligibility Criteria
for PGCIL Vacancy 2017:
Educational Qualification:
1.
Field Engineer (Electrical) - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/AMIE in
Electrical Discipline or equivalent from recognized university/Institute with
minimum 55% marks for General and OBC (NCL) categories and pass marks for SC
category
Field
Experience - The candidate should have one year post qualification experience of
Design/Engineering/ construction/testing and Commissioning/Electrical works
etc. in Rural Electrification (RE)/Distribution Management System
(DMS)/Sub-transmission (ST)/Transmission Lines (TLs)/Substations (S/S) etc.
Experience in PSU/listed Company particularly in Power sector shall be
preferred

Field Engineer (Civil) - B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/AMIE in Civil

Age Limit: (As on 26.12.2017)
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be between 29 Years to 32 Years. The Upper age limit is
relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will
