1.
Full Time MO under NUHM - MBBS from recognized institution
with one year compulsory internship. Registered under MCI only
2.
Lab. Tech under NUHM - HS (10+2) from a recognized Board /
Institute with physics, Chemistry and Biology / Math and DMLT recognized by W.B
State Medical Faculty / AICTE Knowledge in computer, MS Office, internet is
required
3.
Staff Nurse (GNM) under NUHM - GNM from an Institute recognized
by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local
language
4.
MO, Adolescent Health - MBBS Degree recognized by MCI
(Preference will be given for PG diploma / degree in G&O or Paediatrics and
similar experience)
5.
GDMO under RCH - MBBS from recognized institution under
MCI only
6.
Specialist MO (G&O) under RCH - MBBS & DGO / MD /
MS (G&O) from recognized institution under MCI only
7. Programme Officer (Psychiatrist/Medical
Officer) - Qualified Psychiatrist having qualification of MBBS
with MD/DNB Psychiatry/DPN or equivalent P.G. qualifications.

Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist - M. Phil in Clinical
Psychology of 2 years duration from any recognized institution.

Psychiatric Social Worker / Social Worker - M. Phil in Psychiatric
Social Work of 2 years duration from any recognized institution
10.
Psychiatric Nurse / Trained General Nurse - Gruaduate in any
discipline from any recognized university with experience in health sector.

Record Keeper - Gruaduate in any discipline from any
recognized university with experience in health sector
12.
Case Registry Assistant - Passed HS or equivalent from any
Board/Council. 2. Completed 6 months course in Computer Application from an
Institution recognized by Govt. / Autonomous Body
13.
Community Nurse (Case Management) - GNM from any
recognized Nursing Council with adequate Administrative Experience
14.
Counsellor, Blood Bank under NHM - Masters/Post Graduate
Degree in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development
from any institution recognized by the Central or State Govt. ii) Working
knowledge of Computer
15.
Lab. Technician, Blood Bank under NHM - Passed 10+2 with
physics, chemistry, mathematics / Biological Science before obtaining Diploma
or Degree. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in
Laboratory Technics (DLT) form any university / institution recognized by the
Central or State Govt.

Technical Supervisor, Blood Bank under NHM - Passed 10+2 with
physics, chemistry, mathematics / Biological Science before obtaining Diploma
or Degree. ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma in
Laboratory Technics (DLT) form any university / institution recognized by the
Central or State Govt

Lab. Tech, Blood Bank under SAPCS - MBBS trained by NACO
at one of the NACO Designated training centres
18.
Lab. Tech, Blood Bank under SAPCS - Degree in Medical
Laboratory Technology (MLT) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
b) Should have completed 10+2 before obtaining Diploma or Degree c) The Degree
or Diploma should be from a University / Institution recognized by the Central
Government or State Government.
19. District Assistant Programme (DAPCU) -
i) Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge. ii) Minimum 2 Years’
experience in an administrative role. iii)Should be proficient to read &
write in English and local language.

Technology (B.Sc) with minimum one year experience after Graduation

/ Nursing graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management with 02 years
relevant work experience
25.
Accountant under RNTCP - Graduate in commerce 2. Two years of
experience in Maintenance of accounts on double entry system in a recognized
Society or Institution. 3. Experience in working with Accounting software for
at least 2 years.
26.
STLS - Graduate in any discipline 2. Diploma in Medical
Laboratory technology or equivalent from a Govt. recognized institution 3.
Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive. 4.
Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum two months) 5. Minimum 1 Year
Experience in RNTCP
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1, 6, 21 - 63
Years), (For Post 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 114, 15, 16, 17
- 40), (For Post 3 - 64 Years), (For
Post 17, 18, 19, 20 - 60 years), (For Post 24, 25, 26 - 62
Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC,
10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years
for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation
