1.
Deputy Manager (Technical)/ E5 -
B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics
& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/
Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of
these specializations) AND MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in
Finance/ Power (Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation) +
Minimum 7 years post qualification experience
2. Assistant
Manager (Rajbhasha)/ E4 - 1.Master’s Degree of a recognized University or
equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level; OR Master’s
Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a
subject at the Degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or
equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as a subject at the
Degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in
any subject with English Medium and Hindi as a subject at the Degree level;
(Minimum 55% marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation) AND 2.Degree or Diploma
in translation in Hindi to English and vice-versa from any recognized
University/Institution or equivalent or three month course conducted by Central
Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs in translation. AND 3.Knowledge of
MS Office applications is mandatory. DESIRABLE Knowledge of Publication related
work like editing, proof reading etc. Minimum Five years’ post-qualification
experience
3. Officer
(Finance)/ E3 - Graduation with minimum 60% marks &
CA/ICWA(CMA) (additional qualification of MBA Finance is desirable) OR B.Com.
& MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance (Min. 60%
marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation) + Minimum 1 year post
qualification experience

Translator (Hindi)/ (W07) - 1.Post
graduation in Hindi with English as a subject in graduation or Post-graduation
in English with Hindi as a subject in Graduation (Minimum50% marks in both
Graduation and Post Graduation) AND 2.Degree/Diploma in Translation (English to
Hindi and Hindi to English) or 3-month course conducted by Central Translation
Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs in translation AND 3.Knowledge of MS Office
applications is mandatory + Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience

Candidates are required to take printout of the system
generated Registration-cum-Application form. A recent passport size photograph
must be affixed on the Registration-cum-Application form and the same should be
sent along with the PFC copy of challan and the self attested photo copy of
proof of date of birth, category, qualifications (showing percentage,
specialisation, etc.), experience (showing the date of joining, relieving &
the desired pay scale for three years, etc.) and last emoluments drawn by Post,
in a cover superscribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………………, Application
No………………………” addressed to “The Deputy Manager (HR), Power Finance Corporation
Limited, 1, Urjanidhi, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001”. All the
Registration-cum-Application forms along with requisite enclosures and PFC copy
of challan duly stamped by SBI branch should reach us by 23rd June 2017.
However, in respect of the applications received (only by Post/ Speed Post)
from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram,
Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti
district and Pangi sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman
& Nicobar Island or Lakshadweep or abroad, the last date for receipt of applications
is 30th June 2017.
