Eligibility Criteria
for Armoured Static Workshop EME MTS, Steno Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1.
Chargeman - Essential : (i) Diploma in any one of the
Engineering disciplines Mechanical/ Electronics or Telecom field. OR Persons
who have held the rank of Havildar Major Technical or equivalent ranks with
three years experience as such or equivalent rank in the appropriate technical
branch of Army, Navy or Air Force. Desirable : Diploma in Engineering in the
Mechanical, Electronic or Telecom field with three years experience. OR
Diploma/Post diploma in foreman-ship/welding/maintenance engineering from
recognized University/ Institution.
2.
Steno (Gde-II) - Essential : (i) 12th pass or equivalent
from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Skill Test Norms Dictation mts @ 80
w.p.m., Transcription 65 mts (Eng) 75 mts (Hindi).
3.
Elect (HS-II) - Essential : Pass in 10+2 with a
certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective
trade or grade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the appropriate
trade and minimum at grade-I. Desirable qualification : National Council for
Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of
Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of
India.
4.
Inst Mech (HS-II) - Essential : Pass in 10+2 with a
certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective
trade or grade. OR Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen from the appropriate
trade and minimum at grade-I. Desirable qualification : National Council for
Training in the Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of
Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of
India.
5.
Fitter (Skilled) - Essential : ITI certificate from a
recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or grade. OR
Armed Forces Personnel or Ex-servicemen in the appropriate trade and grade-I at
minimum. Desirable qualification : National Council for Training in the
Vocational Trades certificate from Directorate General of Employment and
Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
6.
MTS - Essential : Matriculation (10 Std) pass or
equivalent from recognized Board. Desirable qualification : Conversant with the
duties of the respective trades with one year's experience in the trade.
Age Limit: (As on )
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be between 18 to 25 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years
for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of
India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per
