Eligibility Criteria
for IOCL Junior Engineer Assistant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1.
Jr. Engineering Assistant - IV (Production) - 3 years Diploma in
Chemical/Refinery & Petrochemical Engg or B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry
or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum
of 50% marks in aggregate for OBC candidates & 45% in case of ST candidates
against reserved positions + Minimum one year of post qualification experience
in operation (rotating shift) of Pump House, Fired Heater, Compressor,
Distillation Column, Reactor, Heat exchanger etc. in a Petroleum Refinery/
Petrochemicals / Fertilizer/ Heavy Chemical/ Gas Processing Industry.
2.
Jr. Engineering Assistant -IV (P & U) - 3 years Diploma in Mechanical
or Electrical Engg from recognized Institute/University & Boiler Competency
Certificate (with class as may be prescribed by the Boiler Authority of the
state), provided that in case of nonavailability of sufficient number of
candidates meeting the prescribed parameters, candidates possessing the
following qualification may also be considered
3.
Jr. Engineering Assistant - IV (Mech) - 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engg
from recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or
Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade with Pass Class
4.
Jr. Engineering Assistant -IV (Instrumentation) - 3 years Diploma in
Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Electronics/ Instrumentation &
Control from a recognized Institute/University with minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should be Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 26 Years. The Upper age limit
is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with
Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for
Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will

Eligibility Criteria
for IOCL Junior Nursing Assistant, Junior Engineering Assistant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Junior Nursing
Assistant-IV - 04 years B.Sc. (Nursing)
or 03 years Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or Gynecology & Obstetrics
from recognized Institute / University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
for General & OBC (NCL) candidates and 45% in case of PwD candidates
against reserved / identified for PwD positions + Minimum one year of post
qualification experience in Nursing (& Midwifery) or Gynecology &
Obstetrics in any Hospital / Nursing Home. Experience in a Hospital of a large
establishment will be preferred.
2. Junior Quality Control
Analyst - IV - B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry &
Mathematics with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC (NCL)
candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates for identified positions
or M.Sc. (Chemistry - Regular Course) from a recognized Institute / University
with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate for General & OBC (NCL) candidates
& 40% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates against reserved/identified for PwD
positions + Minimum one year of post qualification experience in handling
instruments like HPLC, XRF, WDXRF, GC, ICAP, AAS, Auto Analyzers, Flash Points,
etc in a Petroleum Refinery/ Petrochemical/ Heavy Chemical/ Fertilisers/ Gas
Processing Industry/ Power Plants/ Large Industrial Establishments
