Eligibility Criteria
for National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management Scientist, Software
Engineer, Technical Assistant Jobs 2016
Educational Qualification:
1.
Scientist B - First class Master’s degree in Natural Science from
a recognized University (or) Equivalent.
2.
Scientist C - First class Master’s degree in Economics from a
recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum three years practical
experience in environmental economics / welfare economics
3.
Scientist D - First class Master’s degree in Sociology / Social
Work from a recognized University (or) equivalent with minimum seven years
practical experience in Social research in Community Development/ Livelihood
development
4.
Junior Software Engineer - Graduate in Computer Science /
Engineering / Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and
software development
5.
Junior Application Engineer - Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering /
Technology with two years’ experience in computer programming and software
development
6.
Senior Technical Assistant - Three years regular Diploma in
Engineering / Graduate degree from a recognized university with two years’
experience in scientific instruments
7.
Senior Laboratory Assistant - Must have passed / obtained SSLC
or equivalent from a recognised board with one year experience in laboratory
assistance
8.
Senior Librarian - Must have passed / obtained SSLC or
equivalent Master’s degree in Library Science or Master Degree with PG Diploma
in library science from a recognized university. Must have overall working
experience of at least 10 years in library Should possess sound knowledge of
application of IT in library management lent from a recognised board with one
year experience in laboratory assistance
9.
Librarian - Must possess a graduate degree and have Diploma in
Library Science. Minimum 8 years of experience in membership enrolment,
purchase and arranging of books/ journals, cataloguing the new arrivals of
books, maintenance of accession register, issues / receipts of books
10.
PS to Director - Graduate with proficiency in shorthand
(120 wpm) and typing (50 wpm). Experience to handle word processor, secretarial
practice
11.
Accountant - Graduate in commerce or economics with minimum 3
years’ experience in accounting
Age Limit:
Candidate’s
Age Limit Should not exceed (for Post 1, 3, 8 -
45 Years), (for post 2 - 40 Years), (for
Post 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 - 35 Years) The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for
SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for
SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India
rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt.
